Rien ne se perd, Rien ne se crée, Tout se transforme

In a closed system, during a reaction, nothing is lost, nothing is created. All changes. This is what I've learned in chemistry in the old good times of school. These days will never come back again. We were discussing last time, in a restaurant, with my friends, the concept of plastic surgery. And how plastic surgeons do the liposuction to the thigh or hip and add the fat generated to other parts of the body like the cheek or lips. This process goes perfectly with the Law of conservation of mass of Lavoisier, in chemistry, which basically states that mass cannot be created or destroyed, but can change its form. What do you think? And let's make this topic broader. What do you think of plastic surgery in general?

I think everyone is free to do what they want if it makes them feel better about themselves - within the limits of normalcy of course, not to the crazy extents that are in fashion today (same lips, same boobs, same nose!)

yeah, so what's the big deal if someone decided to have one plastic surgery or two or even ten. it's his own body.. But when they start to look like freaks instead of supposedly enhancing their beauty, then ya3neh, what can we say.. it's like any other addiction, and should be treated accordingly.

Yeah it is the amazing chemical laws that keep fatties FAT! The scary part is that the fat still grows just not where their hoover job happened. Think BACON!! The whole piping of fat to where you want it doesn't seem to work in my logic, but hey different strokes for different folks!
