Work out after Blood Donation

Just a question. Yesterday, I ran for 10K 2 hours after the regular 500 ml blood donation. But it wasn't bad. I didn't feel anything wrong.
Is it bad?
The reason behind this is because I'm edgy by nature and like to take things to the extreme. I think that this is what spices up one's life.

Hey Nabil,
You should slow down after blood donations...
You lack red blood cells and therefore your muscles will lack oxygenation... 10 K is a lot and requires good muscles oxygenation !
You might need a massage to drain the extra toxines you produced.
Do more sprints and slow down the long runs for the coming 4 days :-)

why did you run right after the blood donation? Was there any specific or urgent reason? Usually, when you donate blood, relax, go shopping, go to a bar, blog or chat, do anything but don't run for two hours!
